I have been employed with DMC now since 2011. Since I started, I have worked in several different departments and tried a lot of different positions, That is what I appreciate the most about working here, they really want you to find the right fit. Now I love where I work and what I do and I really feel like a part of the team. The people I work with are great and in every department I feel like I have someone I can count on for help or advice at any time from any shift. The benefits at Dakota Magic are great! We get really great priced insurance available to us, which is very important for my family. There are also many different things that this place does to show they appreciate their team members. One of them is the food we get for LUNCH everyday! Everywhere else I’ve worked lunch was always on your own. Not only do we get a paid lunch we are provided with food or a lunch card as well! We also get little appreciation days with popcorn or ice cream, we have had picnics and holiday parties where everyone was invited with prizes and food. I plan on working here for the rest of my days and until retirement…. (They also reward you with a years of service banquet so that is pretty great also)

I come to work every day and I feel welcomed. When I first started here I was welcomed by a team member and she said hi to me and made sure I got off to a great start. Dakota Magic is where I met my husband. We became best friends, we still work together today. I like that I get to talk and hangout with customers and get to know them and they get to know me. I like that the Magic managers help people find positions that work with their skills and something that they will enjoy. We have great team events and a couple of my favorites are the Christmas parties and the potlucks our department has to appreciate and thank each other. If anyone is ever looking for a job then I would highly recommend working for Dakota Magic.
